  • This doesn’t seem to work on my Galaxy S5. It just says “Analyzing device” then restarts my phone and then takes me back to the “select which files you want to recover” screen again. I’ve tried numerous times and I just end up in a circle. I don’t know if this is because it’s not able to recover anything or if there is some other sort of problem.
