At the end of the week, Ubisoft released the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update to version 1.2.0.1, which fixed the major crashing problems in the Ostara Festival that many people were suffering from.

A few days ago the developers at Ubisoft released the extensive Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update 1.2.0. With the latest update, the creators paved the way for the transmog feature, among other things, and started the new Ostara Festival, which will be available on all platforms until April 8, 2021.

Unfortunately, minor technical errors crawled in the title with the last content update, which in the worst case could build up in uncontrolled crashes. As a temporary solution, the decorations around the Ostara Festival have been temporarily deactivated.

After working on a final solution in the last few days, the latest update was made available today in the form of update 1.2.0.1. On the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5, the said patch has a file size of around 380 MB and, according to official information, and it fixes the causes of the crash. In addition, the said decorations are available again.

“We’ll be deploying an update tomorrow, March 26 at 12:00 PM UTC, to address the crashes faced by players since the release of the Ostara Festival. Settlement decorations and decoration quests will be reactivated with this update,” says today’s update.
